Trailer Launch of New Pakistani Film “Welcome to Punjab” Held at Local Cinema

The trailer launch event of the new Pakistani film “Welcome to Punjab” was held at a local cinema, attended by a large number of shining stars from the showbiz industry. Among the notable attendees were directors Syed Noor, Masood Butt, Ejaz Kamran, Shehzad Rafique, Nadeem Mandviwalla, Rashid Khawaja, Kashif Nisar, Noor-ul-Hassan, Altamash Butt, Tariq Butt, Chaudhry Karamat, Sheikh Abid Rasheed, Fayaz Khan, Adil Askari, Mumtaz Shabbir, Sohail Malik, Chaudhry Aslam, Khurram Butt, Shahzaib Mirza, Haji Shafiq, Asif Akbar, Achi Khan, Jarrar Rizvi, Dr. Khakan Ghazi, Mian Adnan Arshad, Rabia Tariq, and others.

Director Shehzad Rafique, while speaking at the event, said the film promotes international harmony. “This is not just a film representing one province, but a film of all of Pakistan,” he emphasized. The film introduces two new faces, Aadi Khan and Zara Hayat, and also marks the comeback of veteran actress Mumtaz Begum. He highlighted the film’s beautiful locations, powerful dialogues, and vibrant portrayal of Punjabi culture.

Producer Safdar Malik stated that the film will be released in cinemas on the joyous occasion of August 14 (Pakistan’s Independence Day).

Veteran director Syed Noor praised the film’s trailer and prayed for the success of Shehzad Rafique and Safdar Malik’s project.

The film’s star cast includes renowned actors such as Adnan Siddiqui, Sajid Hasan, Javed Sheikh, Iftikhar Thakur, Qaiser Pia, actress Bushra Ansari, and Mumtaz, among others.
